    We couldn't catch a break from the heat today! Our highs were in the triple digits yet again with a heat index around 100-104. The dew points are still a little lower this afternoon, which tells us dry air is still in place.

    Humidity will return to the area tomorrow, and there will only be a slight chance for showers mainly south of our area. We will have increasing clouds throughout the day and our highs will be in the upper 90's.

    We will return to seasonable weather by the end of the week with highs in the mid 90's and overnight lows in the mid 70's. There will be slight chances for isolated thunderstorms to develop later in the day.
