Reported by: Lila Grace Monday, Oct 19, 2009 @05:45pm CDT The competition is over and the winner of Scion Wrap Contest was announced Monday morning.
Alicia Kessel from Rehobeth High School won ten thousand dollars for her school. Several schools in the Wiregrass were asked to participate back in August. They were suppose to design a scion wrap. The top three blueprints were put on a car, and the top three designers came from Northview, Dothan and Rehobeth High School. People were asked to vote via text message and the votes showed Rehobeth being the winner. The cars will now go up for sale. Rehobeth High School will be presented with their ten thousand dollar check on Friday during half-time of their football game. |
